Assistant Office Manager

Paducah Printing|Horizon Media Group  has an opening for an assistant office manager.  This full-time position is your opportunity to become part of an award-winning printing and creative services company.  You should be comfortable with being independent and you absolutely need to have great interpersonal skills, after all you’ll be the first person a customer sees or speaks to.

You’ll need to have great organizational and problem-solving skills as well. No pressure.

The usual duties would be to:

  • Greet clients and answer phones.
  • Prep the conference room as needed.
  • Enter work orders 
  • Order stock
  • Invoicing
  • Anything else you could reasonably expect of an assistant office manager.

Needless to say, you’ll be expected to have:

  • Experience with Office/Excel and Database systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • A positive disposition
